In the transition to a clean, equitable energy future, more and more energy companies are turning to AI to help manage their customer and stakeholder relationships, improve employee productivity, and optimize their operations and margins. It all hinges on AI’s ability to help us make better decisions with massive datasets at unprecedented speed.

As we roll out electrification infrastructure at a record pace, utility companies can apply AI to inform energy system design, optimize decisions, and automate predictive maintenance. A great example of this use case is electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The available data from vehicle telemetry, grid sensors, and consumer behavior is unprecedented. But to orchestrate it will require equally unprecedented trust between service providers who have never had to collaborate before, offering a shared value proposition to EV drivers and utility customers.

In this webinar, Kelly James, SVP and GM of Energy & Utilities at Salesforce, and Apoorv Bhargava, CEO of WeaveGrid, share how utilities, automakers and charging companies are using data and AI to optimize EV charging networks, working together to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the grid.
