Several utility members have expressed interest in hearing from a non-utility/out of industry perspective around analytics and this month we have a DO-NOT-MISS opportunity for you and your team!
The UAI Customer Analytics Community is proud to be joined by Harish Rao, VP of Data Analytics at Costco Wholesale, who will be leading a discussion on Using Data and Analytics to Engage Customers and Craft Innovative Customer Experience during our Tuesday, April 13th (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM CT) meeting. Harish comes from an amazing background in analytics and has eagerly volunteered to present to our community.

UAI Utility Members within the Customer Analytics Community requested to learn from analytics professionals in other industries to help develop innovative ideas and increase analytics maturity levels. Join us for this special presentation to learn from an innovative retail industry analytics leader. Harish will share the following during his session:
– How Costco Wholesale is using data and analytics to be innovative in regard to coming up with new ideas to engage customers and craft customer experiences
– How Costco is using data and analytics for customer segmentation and measuring customer engagement. What are the different customer attributes Costco gathers and how (from the customer or through external sources, etc.)
– How Costco is leveraging analytical capabilities in marketing and sales. Example: using customer insights to first solve a problem that the customers have, and then to benefit your own organization____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
