Has anyone gotten a third party program maturity assessment of their asset management program or worked with an asset management consultant? Do you have any recommendations on companies that conducted this assessment? Thanks for the help!

Hi Gina: I asked one of our managers about a recommendation on Asset Management consultant, as well as other resources that might be useful (if needed). See information below on Steve Morris (apparently Avista worked with him when he was at another company – but we kept up with him since then). Good luck!

In the past, we have used UMS and Steve Morris was the one that lead that assessment. He has since moved to F T I Consulting. He comes with a wealth of industry knowledge and was very helpful in supporting our assessment and building an Asset Management Roadmap with us.
