Hi Norma,

GTC took the assessment when we first started our program.  We plan to reassess next year.  We are not in the group of organizations that use DMBOK.  I would be interested in hearing how that is being done.

Hello UAI Members, 

Here at PG&E, we were looking at the UAI 2022 Analytics Maturity Assessment. According to Question #39 (page 35 of the 2022 AMA report) in the AMA report, it seems that utilities use the Data Management Association’s Data Management Body of Knowledge (DAMA-DMBOK). I’m sharing information about data management maturity from the UAI AMA with our senior leaders here at PG&E. Based on these discussions with leadership, we have a question, as follows.

What are utilities using for their maturity assessments against DMBOK? We are looking to know about a specific consultancy company/consultancy service that can help us conduct an evaluation of our level of maturity against the DMBOK framework.
