  March 2021 Asset Health Analytics Community Follow Up + What’s Next

  Hello Asset Health Analytics Community Members,

  Thank you to everyone who attended our Asset Health Analytics meeting last week! For those unable to attend, we were joined by Rebecca Afsar, Civil Engineer at Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), who led a presentation on Transmission Line Health Analytics. During this discussion, Rebecca reviewed how transmission line inspection data is collected using a mobile field application, integrated into WAPA enterprise asset management application, to drive in-house developed health algorithms. Further more she reviewed how WAPA is developing data visualization tools to improve products that highlight replacement and maintenance strategies.

  1.) Next meeting Wednesday April 28 at 2:00 PM CT

  Next month we’ll be meeting on Wednesday April 28 at 2:00 PM CT for a panel discussion around An Analytics Approach to Vegetation Management. We’ll have more information on this session soon.   2.) Continuous Improvement Survey – UAI Connect Member Satisfaction

  In an effort to continuously improve the UAI membership experience, we have developed a series of short surveys. Please take this next survey in the series HERE to help us learn about your satisfaction with UAI Connect. 

  
  3.) Utility Analytics Summit 2021 – FREE for Members!
