  November Customer Analytics Meeting Follow Up + What’s Next

  Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

  Thank you to everyone who attended our November Customer Analytics Community Conversation (part of UA Week) last week! For those unable to attend, we had a special 90 minute panel discussion around “Enterprise-Wide Customer Analytics: How Utilities are Setting Up Their Organizations for Success and Transforming Their Business,” and featured the following facilitators and panelists who each shared their perspectives on the topic:

  Next month we WILL NOT be meeting due to the holidays but will instead be regrouping Tuesday, January 12th at 11:00 AM CT for a panel discussion on “Best Practices on How Utilities have dealt with COVID-19″ and will have more info on this session soon.
