  January 2021 Customer Analytics Follow Up + What’s Next

  Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

  Thank you to everyone who attended our Customer Analytics meeting earlier in the month, it was great to reconnect! For those unable to attend, we were joined by several utility presenters who shared their thoughts on the topic, “Best Practices on Improving Customer Experiences with Analytics During COVID-19.” Everyone has experienced business challenges through 2020’s pandemic, this discussion honed in on how utilities have adapted to COVID-19 (in relation to Customer Analytics) and how they plan to improve in 2021. Special thanks to the following facilitators/speakers for leading the discussion!

  Next month we will be meeting Tuesday, February 9th at 11:00 AM CST for a “Solve My Problem” Exercise focused on the following problems:

  • Governance of Analytics on an Enterprise-Wide Level
  • How are you able to gather and report on the data that is collected in a way that is meaningful to the business?
