    Happy Monday and I hope you all had a nice weekend! It’s hard to believe but UA Summit is just one week away and we’re very excited to meet with you all Monday, May 3rd at 12:00 PM CT (1:00 PM ET, 11:00 AM MT, 10:00 AM PT) for our May Customer Analytics Community Conversation, Enhancing Your Customer Experience with Analytics and Insights. During this session three utilities – Tacoma Public Utilities, Exelon Utilities, and Consumers Energy – will share their customer experience analytics and insights to show how they are enhancing their customer experience, from developing a customer experience board and working group, journey mapping and customer segmentation to design thinking and voice of the customer.     Session Description:

    In the new era of customer-centric digital business models, it takes more insights and analytics than ever before to craft and drive better customer experiences. The bar has been raised and the business needs a complete view of the customer experience – one that covers every angle of interaction to provide a 360-degree view of your customer. During this UAI Community Conversation, three utilities – Tacoma Public Utilities, Exelon Utilities, and Consumers Energy –will share their customer experience analytics and insights to show how they are enhancing their customer experience, from developing a customer experience board and working group, journey mapping and customer segmentation to design thinking and voice of the customer.

    Speaker: Treena Colby, Program Development Manager, Tacoma Public Utilities


    Treena Colby is currently Program Development Manager at Tacoma Public Utilities. She has more than 20 years of business and program development, marketing, industry analysis, and program management experience. Treena is a strong strategic thinker with solid business and technical acumen with a focus on the customer and client. She has a proven record in designing, implementing, marketing, and managing utility programs. Deep knowledge of energy efficiency, renewable energy, demand response, water conservation, electric vehicles, advanced metering, and energy-efficient products and services. 

    Speaker: Tim Krall, Director of Customer Analytics, Exelon


    Tim Krall is currently Director of Customer Analytics for Exelon Utilities. In this position, he is responsible for collaborating with business leaders and experts across Exelon to develop and deploy an overall Customer analytics strategy and platform. Tim’s background working for over 20 years in various positions across Exelon provides him with a unique expertise across the industry. Before joining Exelon Utilities in 2017, Tim worked as Director of Market Initiatives and Analysis where he focused on strategic development, analysis and project management for GenCo and Utility related initiatives. Prior to that, he spent time with PECO focused on project management and analysis of Customer initiatives. Tim spend the previous 13 years working on the commercial side of the industry, with experience as an energy trader, portfolio manager and manager of various analytics and operational functions including market fundamentals and transmission analysis. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from Penn State. 

    Speaker: Poonam Yadav, Sr. Manager, Insights and Research, Consumers Energy


    Poonam Yadav, Sr. Manager, Insights and Research at Consumers Energy is a subject matter expert with over a decade of experience in customer research, analytics, experience design, problem solving and voice of the customer. She is a strong customer advocate with a passion to build best in class customer and product experiences.
