The Customer Analytics community will explore how analytics can utilize the broad spectrum of customer information to meet the evolving customer expectations, including, but not limited to the following (in no particular order):Improve marketing efforts and results (propensity models, customer segmentation)Optimizing the performance of programs, products and services by understanding changing consumer behaviorsCustomer relationship management – deepening of relationships and improving satisfaction and experience (CX)Customer journey analytics (managing customer fatigue, digital engagements, customer touchpoints, etc.)Improve operational efficiencies (credit and collections processes/payment trends, care center cost savings, etc.Risk and safety managementThe community will explore and broaden our understanding of various analytical methods, tools and technologies that support customer analytics. The community will offer a forum for customer analytics practitioners to:share their analytic use cases and innovative ideasshare their stories, challenges, resolutions, and lessons learned; no matter where you are within your customer analytics journeysupport members in solving their analytical problems and provide advice as experienced professionalsnetwork and build long lasting relationships

Thank you to those that reached out individually and via the discussion forum regarding the July Community placeholder. It seems as though my new domain, kpraet@sg.utilityanalytics.com may be blocked on some of our member’s servers and we’re working through this issue internally with IT to see what we can do. In the meantime please do the following if you’re not seeing a calendar placeholder for Tuesday, July 13th at 11:00 AM CT.
1.) Check your spam/junk folders (several members have found the invite hiding in these folder)
2.) Whitelist my new email domain, kpraet@sg.utilityanalytics.com
3.) Finally reach out to me via email at my normal email address, kpraet@utilityanalytics.com so I can work to get you the invite an alternate way.We appreciate everyone’s patience and support on this issue and look forward to getting resolved.

I hope all is well! We are just under one week away from our July Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Tuesday, July 13 at 11:00 AM CT we’ll be joined by Poonam Yadav, Sr. Manager, Insights and Research at Consumers Energy and Francisco Gonzalez, Director Utility Services Experience Design at Consumers Energy who will be leading a presentation on Consumers Energy’s Entire Customer Journey.

Part one, “Consumers Energy’s Customer Journey” is a presentation with Q&A and open discussion with Poonam Yadav, Sr. Manager, Insights and Research and Francisco Gonzalez, Director Utility Services Experience Design from Consumers Energy.

Francisco Gonzalez, Director of Experience Design for Consumers Energy. Francisco leads the Utility Services value stream team at Consumers Energy. His portfolio is comprised of Outage, Billing and Payment, Operational Communications and Field Experiences. His team is responsible for the end-to-end journey that customers will encounter when they need them the most. Recent accomplishments are significant increases in customer index metrics, customer activations, and new customer facing web applications that Michigan residents love. Francisco lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan and has been in the utility sector in varies leadership roles for almost 25 years.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
