  Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

  I hope everyone had a great weekend! I just wanted to send one final reminder for tomorrow’s Customer Analytics Community Conversation (Tuesday, July 13th at 11:00 AM CT) where  Poonam Yadav, Sr. Manager, Insights and Research at Consumers Energy and Francisco Gonzalez, Director Utility Services Experience Design at Consumers Energy will be leading a presentation on Consumers Energy’s Entire Customer Journey. As this discussion will be interactive, we urge you to come prepared with questions and your insight.
