  I hope everyone had a great weekend! I just wanted to send one final reminder for tomorrow’s Customer Analytics Community Conversation (Tuesday, August 10th at 11:00 AM CT) where Dr. Avi Dutt-Mazumder, Data Science Manager, Cx&T – Customer Intelligence Analytics at Consumers Energy, will be leading a presentation on, AI Ethics in Customer Experience. As this discussion will be interactive, we urge you to come prepared with questions and your insight.
