  Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

  Thanks for attending the September 14, 2021 Customer Analytics Community Conversation! For those unable to attend, we missed you and look forward to seeing you next month. During this Community Conversation, we were joined by Lindusia Chmieluk, System Developer, Business Data & Analytics Platform (Manitoba Hydro) and Katia Bernstein, Staff Officer (Manitoba Hydro) who led a presentation around,  Manitoba Hydro Credit and Collections Department’s Analytics Journey.

  We look forward to seeing you all next month (both in person and virtually) for our October Customer Analytics Community Conversation. This session, taking place Wednesday, October 13th at 1:45 PM CT, will be part of our Utility Analytics Week conference and feature a discussion around A 360 Degree View of the Customer with speaker Poonam Yadav, Sr. Manager of Insights and Research at Consumers Energy. Though this session will be taking place in person at Utility Analytics Week, we will still be offering a virtual component for each community member to get involved.      2. UAI has partnered with The University of Oklahoma, Data Science and Analytics Institute to develop and deliver training and certification in analytics topics in the utilities sector. We could not be more excited to bring this new offering to the industry!
     3. Register for public classroom, virtual classroom and private group training options.
     4. The training will provide a Certificate of Participation and Completion and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the University of Oklahoma
