Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

I hope all is well! We are one week away from our October Customer Analytics Community Conversation (part of this year’s UA Week event) and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Wednesday, October 13th at 1:45 PM CT, we will be joined by Community Leader Poonam Yadav, Sr. Manager of Insights and Research at Consumers Energy, who will be leading a discussion around, A 360 Degree View of the Customer. As this discussion is interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

*This event will take place in-person at UA Week in Dallas, TX. If you cannot travel to Dallas for the event, we will also be hosting this session virtually, so you have an option to join in on this valuable discussion.

Session Description:

During this session, Poonam will share a 360 degree view of the customer at Consumers Energy. Consumers Energy is able to map 22 different end to end customer experiences across the company (electric and gas divisions) which comprises over 91% of the total experiences. This includes transaction surveys across digital (website & social media), IVR, live and field touchpoints.

Poonam Yadav, Sr. Manager, Insights and Research at Consumers Energy is a subject matter expert with over a decade of experience in customer research, analytics, experience design, problem solving and voice of the customer. She is a strong customer advocate with a passion to build best in class customer and product experiences.
