  Upcoming November (2021) Community Conversation

  Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

  I hope all is well! We are one week away from our November Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Tuesday, November 9 at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by Matt Halloran, Product & Services Manager at Avista Utilities, who will be leading a discussion around, “Leveraging Data Analytics to Better Serve Customers.” As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

  Session Description:

  Hear Matt walk us through how his team at Avista tackles key utility problem statements to best serve customers through the application of data analytics. Matt is a finalist for the 2021 UAI Best Utility Analytics Professional Award and we are proud to showcase his presentation.

  Matt Halloran has worked in contract manufacturing and software development prior to joining Avista in 2016.  In his current role with Avista, Matt is a Product Manager and works to deliver tools to electric and natural gas customers that leverage AMI data to help them better understand how they use energy.  Additionally, Matt works on Avista’s Major Unplanned Outage Team and is working to deliver an outage forecasting system.
