Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,
I hope all is well! We are one week away from our April (2022) Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Tuesday, April 12th at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by Sarah Valovcin, Sr. Data Scientist at The Energy Authority, who will be leading a discussion around, “Leveraging Smart Meter Data for Customer Segmentation.” As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

Session Description:
In the age of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), utilities have access to deep datasets that provide valuable insights into their customers. Utilizing this rich dataset for customer segmentation can help utilities to develop and enhance their customer engagement strategies and program offerings. Learn how The Energy Authority’s Connected Analytics team is innovating across these opportunities with our partner utilities to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
Speaker: Sarah Valovcin, Sr. Data Scientist (The Energy Authority)
Sarah Valovcin is a Senior Data Scientist at The Energy Authority (TEA) responsible for developing advanced analytics solutions as part of TEA’s Connected Analytics service. Sarah and her team deliver analytics servicesthat help utilities more effectively operate their distribution network, manage assets, and engage with customers through data-driven insights from utilities’ smart metering systems.She holds a BS and MS in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Colorado School of Mines.
