    I hope all is well! We are one week away from our May (2022) Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Tuesday, May 17th at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by the following leadership team members who will be continuing our discussion from March on, 2022 Utility Strategic Themes and Customer Analytics Use Cases Supporting Strategic Themes”

    Session Description:

    Join members of the Customer Analytics Community Leadership Team as they interactively discuss the following:

    – Strategic themes for their utilities for 2022
    – Customer Analytics use cases that support their utilities’ strategic themes

    Speaker: Avi Dutt-Mazumder, Data Science Supervisor, Cx&T – Customer Insights & Analytics (Consumers Energy)


    Avi Dutt-Mazumder, is a Data Science Supervisor at Consumers Energy in Customer Experience. He holds a PhD in computational neuroscience, he was the winner of
     the IEEE Brain award in 2018. He enjoys travelling, coding, swimming & diving in his leisure time. He lives in greater Dallas with his wife, and 2 pet fur babies.
     

    Speaker: Yong Li, Manager of Performance Center (DTE Energy)


    Yong Li is currently a data science manager at DTE. He has over 30 years of professional experience in academic research and business intelligence.  His data science team at DTE Electric has analyzed AMI and other business data (outage restoration, work management, engineering, vegetation management, financials, and weather) to support operational efficiency, system reliability strategy and customer satisfaction. 

    Speaker: Jeff YankleyDirector of Customer Insights & Analytics (Consumers Energy)


    Jeff Yankley is the Director of Director of Customer Intelligence & Analytics at Consumers Energy. In this role, Jeff works to mature the customer analytics and data science capabilities at Consumers Energy to enable value by connecting operational data to customer data, building predictive models for customer interactions, and knowing our customers so well to be able to build segments of “one”. The goal is to deliver the right product, to the right customer, in the right channel, at the right time, with the right message.

    Speaker: Daniel McCrobie, Sr. Analyst (Salt River Project)


    Daniel McCrobie is a senior analyst for Salt River Project, where he does Market, Customer and Employee Research.   Daniel enjoys a unique challenge in research and focuses his clients on measuring behaviors in addition to attitudes where possible.  Outside of work, Daniel enjoys snowboarding in winter months, motorcycles for most of the year and lives in Scottsdale Arizona.
