I hope all is well! We are one week away from our June (2022) Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Tuesday, June 14th at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by @Arnie, Managing Director, Strategic Solutions Analytics at Duke Energy who will be leading a discussion around, “How Customer Analytics Can Help Reach Carbon Goals.”

Session Description:

The utility industry is changing more rapidly than ever and our goals to decarbonize and grow the business are bigger than ever. Change is scary but it also represents opportunity in the way we engage with customers and how we manage the grid edge. Today more than ever, data scientists and our work can add real value to help companies meet this goal. This session will address some of the big questions we’re all trying to answer and the innovative strategies we’re deploying at Duke Energy.

Speaker: Arnie Richardson, Managing Director, Strategic Solutions Analytics (Duke Energy)

@Arnie has over 10 years of experience in the electric utility focusing on analytics, delivery, and innovation. He has held roles in Load Research, Data Science and Product Management before his current role of leading Regulated Solutions Analytics for Duke Energy.
