  Upcoming July (2022) Community Conversation

  Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

  I hope all is well! We are one week away from our July (2022) Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Tuesday, July 12th at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by Balya Shukla, Data Science Consultant I, Market Strategy & Solutions Business Intelligence at Duke Energy who will be leading a discussion around, “Customer Clustering Analysis for Billing Programs.” As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

  This session is about using K-means clustering to identify and analyze different clusters of customers that participate in Billing Programs offered by Duke Energy.

  Balya Shukla is an analytics professional with a MS in Data Science and Business Analytics from UNC Charlotte. She works for Duke Energy as a Data Science Consultant and helps with BI processes and advanced analytics to transform raw data into knowledge.
