  Upcoming September (2022) Community Conversation + Teams Download

  Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

  I hope all is well! We are one week away from our September (2022) Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Tuesday, September 13 at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by @Devendra, Sr. Advisor Business Intelligence at Enbridge Gas Inc. who will be leading a discussion around, “Business Market Customer Segmentation.”  As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

  Session Description:

  This presentation will touch on the need for and the process of segmentation of Enbridge Gas Inc. customers. It will focus mainly on the business market customers. The presentation will go into some of the challenges faced, data sources used and the methodology used to improve segmentation data quality.

  Speaker: Dev Hadpad, ​Sr. Advisor Business Intelligence (Enbridge Gas Inc.)

  Dev Hadpad has over 20 years’ experience in Information Technology and Business Intelligence. In his current position at Enbridge Gas Inc. as a Sr. Advisor BI, Dev’s role and responsibilities include providing support and guidance for the delivery of data and analytics in support of business decisions that are made to energy conservation, market & business development, sales, P&GA and other internal stakeholders.
