    Session Description:

During this conversation, representatives from Con Edison will review how they began building out their self-service customer segmentation capabilities to enable greater insight into program participation, customer communications, and enhanced operational dashboards. The team took a crawl, walk, run approach to segmentation which initially included leveraging multiple data sources for demographic, psychographic, and geographic segmentation and then building machine learning models to create behavioral customer segments.
