Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

I hope all is well! With February just kicking off, I wanted to reach out and get you excited for our February (2023) Customer Analytics Community Conversation. On Tuesday, February 14 at 11:00 AM CT we’ll be joined by Jorge Barraza, Data Scientist, Analysis and Revenue Protection at Salt River Project and Dragos Cotruta, Data Analytics Strategies Advisor at Hydro Quebec who will be leading a discussion around, “The Process for Performing Exploratory Analysis for Theft, Revenue Loss, & Revenue Protection.” I’ll be providing more information on this session, including our Microsoft Teams credentials, one week prior to our meeting but you can always learn more about each of our upcoming Community Conversations on our Events Page HERE.
