Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,
I hope all is well! With September just kicking off, I wanted to reach out and get you excited for our September (2023) Customer Analytics Community Conversation. On Tuesday, September 12 at 11:00 AM CT we’ll be joined by Pancham Banerjee of Consumers Energy who will be leading a discussion around, “Financial Health Analytics for the Residential sector.”

I hope all is well! We are one week away from our September (2023) Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Tuesday, September 12 at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by Pancham Banerjee, Data Scientist at Consumers Energy who will be leading a discussion around, “Financial Health Analytics for the Residential Sector.” As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

Session Description:
Join us for this session for a review of the work done on Financial Health Analytics at Consumers Energy (as part of the CIA team) in 2020. The first part will comprise a walkthrough of the financial health customer segmentation part of the project and the second part will go into details of the forecasting work done as part of this project, both on consumption forecasting and load usage.
Speaker: Pancham Banerjee, Data Scientist (Consumers Energy)
Pancham Banerjee has a PhD in Computational Astrophysics from USC. He has been working in the AI space since he graduated from USC in 2019. Recent obsessions include 2D Game Design and Generative AI.
