  Upcoming November (2023) Community Conversation

  Hello Customer Analytics Community Members,

  I hope all is well! We are one week away from our November (2023) Customer Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Thursday, November 16 at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by Julie Dietrich, Fleet Electrification Manager at Evergy who will be leading a discussion on, “Online Fleet Electrification Advisory Tool – Evergy Case Study.” As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

  Session Description:

  Julie Dietrich, Fleet Electrification Manager, will demonstrate Evergy’s fleet advisory tool and explain its role in engaging with Evergy’s customers at the early stages of their decision-making process.

  Run of show:

  • Introduction

  • Provide an overview of the tool

  • Demo the tool

  • Walk through the benefits for Evergy and the customer

  Speaker: Julie Dietrich, Fleet Electrification Manager (Evergy)

  

  Julie is focused on helping customers electrify their fleets at Evergy. She has 30 years of energy industry experience and has worked in Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Julie has a BS in Business Administration from Park University and serves on the Electric League of Missouri and Kansas’s advisory board.
