Unanswered Questions from September 20 Session
Hello Data Science Community Members,
Thanks for joining us for our September 20, 2022 Data Science Community Conversation! This was a popular discussion with over 90 of you attending and many of you interacting throughout the session with great questions/comments. Thanks so much for such a great discussion. We ran out of time during the session and did not answer a couple of your questions. I sent your unanswered questions to our roundtable participants and heard back from @Natalie (Thanks Natalie!) with her answers to these questions. Please find the Q&A below. When I get additional answers from other roundtable participants, I will update this post. Thanks so much!
Question 1 by @Qing: What do you think the challenges are of having a data science team in the IT team?
Answer: Lack of business process knowledge and the expectation to support all areas of the business which requires the data science team to constantly learn new data sets.Question 2 by @Apolinario:To all, assuming your ADMS is live and in production, how are your teams supporting the ADMS application data analytics like outage management system, Load Forecasting, and DER load aggregation?
Answer: @Apolinario, Can you confirm what ADMS is? Thanks!Keep the conversation going!
Cheers!
Leslie
