  Hello Data Science Community Members,

  Thanks for attending the November 15, 2022 Data Science Community Conversation! For those unable to attend, we missed you and look forward to seeing you in January. During this Community Conversation, we were joined by Huseyin Salis, Data Scientist and Avi Dutt-Mazumder, Data Science Supervisor at Consumers Energy who led a discussion around, “Next Best Program Offer for Residential Customers.”

  **We will not be meeting next month (December, 2022) due to the holidays. We look forward to reconnecting with you in January (2023) for the next Data Science Community Conversation which takes place Tuesday, January 17th at 1:00 PM CT. During this Community Conversation, we’ll be joined by Dexter Lewis, Pr.      2. Brand New! – Algorithm Alley is designed to help members share and collaborate on various forms of code, a resource heavily designed for our growing data science audience.
     3. Currently divided into four categories (Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Machine Learning Algorithms, and Programming) members will have the option of perusing through different entries while also being able to upload their own content. Furthermore, members can like/upvote certain entries and interact publicly or privately with each author
     4. **Algorithm Alley is only available for UAI Utility Members.
  2. Utility Analytics Training – Register Today for 2022 and 2023!

UAI offers several training delivery options that help professionals improve skills from traditional public instructor-led classroom, which provides group learning experiences, to fully immersive training at home or in the office via our virtual classroom offering. UAI even provides private group training, so we could train your entire team at one time.
     3. Register today for 101 courses, 201 courses, and our one day Modernizing Data Governance for Utility Companies course.
  3. Contribute a High Value Use Case for our Upcoming Repository
     1. The high value analytics use case form is for collecting information about planned, underway, or complete high value analytics use cases.
     2. The Executive Advisory Council (EAC) request the collection of these use cases each year. The collected information is for UAI member UTILITY COMPANY representatives ONLY.

  4. Speak During a Future Community Conversation!
     1. All of our members have a different story to tell which is what makes the UAI Community great! Share what projects you’re working on at your utility by being a speaker during a future community conversation.
