  Upcoming October (2023) Community Conversation

  Hello Enterprise Analytics Community Members,

   

  I hope all is well! With October just kicking off, I wanted to reach out and get you excited for our October (2023) Enterprise Analytics Community Conversation taking place LIVE and in-person (Tuesday, October 31 at 9:30 AM ET) during UA Week. During this group breakout style session, members and attendees will be discussing and exploring the following two topics:

   

  Topic #1: Centers of Excellence for Analytics: Structure, Types, What’s Worked/What Hasn’t?

   

  Topic #2: Change Management: internal marketing to promote the team and their capabilities, drive adoption and awareness, cultural challenges to innovate data analytics solutions, how to help drive senior executives to be champions of change management/part of this effort

   

  Speakers:

  Sarah Green, Data & Analytic Services Manager – Consumers Energy

  Andy Kapp, Lead Data Scientist – Evergy

   

   

  Please note this session will only be offered in-person at UA Week, no virtual option will be available. I’ll be providing more information on this session one week prior to our meeting but you can always learn more about each of our upcoming Community Conversations on our Events Page HERE.
