    Hi all,

Our team currently brings data into a central location with tables based on source systems. Moving forward we want to create data domains focused on the type of data itself. Specifically focusing on customers, we are looking to have two domains, Customer and Customer Transactions. The customer domain with have more static data with sub-domains around, program enrollment, demographics, contact information, etc. The Customer Transaction domain will have more dynamic data around Billing/Collections, Call Center, Meter data, and web analytics.

My question / ask is if there is anyone that has done something similar, how did you determine and map out the necessary domains?

    Hi Mike,

We have not done anything like that.  What are the advantages you are trying to leverage in structuring your data this way?
