What is your organization using to monitor/alert analytic models once they are in production?

What is your organization using to monitor/alert analytic models once they are in production?
I would really like to understand what systems or applications utilities are using to not only compare models and entire data pipelines when developing models, for example how you compare mutlitpe python models from different packages and/or how you compare python to other models built like in R or other languages?
But moore importantly from a business perspective what are you using to monitor models for degradation of performance and/or alerts for retraining/replacement?
- Tools/applications
- Ad hoc scripts/self written
As this is where value and enterprise risk really come into play I think this is an important topic.
