  EAC Dinner on October 12 & EAC Meeting on October 13 — DETAILS!

  Hello UAI EAC Members,

  We are on the one week countdown for UA Week 2021! I am excited to see many of you in Dallas next week and the rest of you virtually. Please make sure the following activities are on your calendar next week.

  Please reach out to me on my cell at 719-203-8650 if you have any questions or need anything from UAI. Either calling or texting my cell will be the best way to reach me between October 11-15 while I’m in Dallas for UA Week. Thanks so much!  

  1) The EAC & SAB Dinner
        When: Tuesday evening, October 12 from 6:00 – 7:30 PM CT
        Where: Old Hickory Steakhouse in the Gaylord Texan

  2) The EAC Meeting (both onsite and virtual access)
        When: Wednesday, October 13 from 10:30 – 12:00 PM CT
        Where – onsite: Gaylord Texan Vineyard Tower – San Saba 1 meeting room
        Where – virtually: Microsoft Teams meeting

  3) Member Lunch
       When: Wednesday, October 13 from 12:00 – 1:30 PM CT
       Where: Gaylord Texan Vineyard Tower – Vineyard Terrace

  4) We also have four UAI Community Conversations taking place on October 13, 2021 at UA Week. 
       The following Community Conversations are taking place in two session blocks. All of these sessions are accessible in-person and virtually! 
              — 1:45 – 2:45 PM CT – Customer Analytics Community Conversation – San Saba 1 + Virtual Access*
              — 1:45 – 2:45 PM CT – Grid Analytics Community Conversation – San Saba 2 + Virtual Access*
              — 3:00 – 4:00 PM CT – Enterprise Analytics Community Conversation – San Saba 1 + Virtual Access*
              — 3:00 – 4:00 PM CT – Natural Gas Analytics Community Conversation – San Saba 2 + Virtual Access*
  
  *If you are already a member of the above UAI Communities, you should already have a calendar invite with Microsoft Teams meeting access. If you are not a member of one of the above Communities and want to attend virtually, you can either request to join or register for the virtual UA Week event to gain access.
