  Meeting Reminder for September 27, 2023

  Hello EAC Members, 

  I hope you are well! I would like to remind you of our upcoming Executive Advisory Council meeting, which will take place next Wednesday, September 27, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM MT (10:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM CT / 1:00 PM ET). Your attendance and valuable insights are highly anticipated.

  During the September meeting, we will gather to discuss and plan for our upcoming EAC three-hour workshop taking place at UA Week in Orlando, FL on Monday, October 30. During our June meeting, you provided valuable insight on how you would like to see UAI deliver value regarding Generative AI. We will continue to information gather regarding Generative AI during UA Week, plus we will finalize the Job Descriptions we have been working on, so I want to prepare you for that workshop during next week’s meeting. As respected leaders and visionaries in your field, your presence and contributions will play a vital role in this continued work.

  Please mark your calendars for next week’s meeting, as well as the October 30 meeting in Orlando. Both meeting invites should already be on your calendar. @Kevin will be updating your calendar invite for next week to include the Teams meeting credentials, so keep an eye out for that update. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure your availability for both EAC meetings (September 27 and October 30). We recognize and appreciate the valuable time and expertise you dedicate to UAI, and we assure you that your participation will be both meaningful and impactful.

  If you are not registered for UA Week, I recommend that you register by this coming Friday, September 22, 2023. The early bird discount for UA Week ends on Friday! Remember, if you have not used your three complimentary passes for UA Week, they are still available to you. Check in with me if you need to check the quantity of passes you have left.
