  REMINDER: RSVP for EAC Activities at UA Week in Orlando

  Hello EAC Members, 

  I look forward to seeing you soon in Orlando for UA Week. The members of the Executive Advisory Council (EAC) have a couple of activities taking place at UA Week. For these activities, I need to get your official RSVP.  Please submit an RSVP even if you can’t make it. We would like to hear from everyone on the EAC. 

  Please note I have received RSVPs from some of the EAC members. If I received your RSVP, I sent a reply to you via email, so you are set! Thank you!

  For everyone that has not submitted an RSVP (even if you cannot make it), please keep reading. 

  ACTION ITEM: 

  • Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, October 13!
  • If you cannot make it to these EAC activities, I encourage you to send a delegate in your spot

  EAC members are invited to join us for the following activities at UA Week. If you cannot make it to these EAC activities, I encourage you to send a delegate in your spot. 

  • EAC MEETING (Oct 30, 1 – 4 PM ET)
  • EAC DINNER (Oct 30 at 5:30 PM ET)
    • 5:30 PM – Meet in the Loews Portofino Bay Lobby
    • 5:45 PM – Bus departs Loews to ICON Park
    • 6:00 – 7:30 PM – Dinner at Tapa Toro
    • 7:45 – 8:15 PM – Ride The Wheel at ICON Park
    • 8:30 PM – Bus departs ICON Park
    • 9:00 PM – Arrive at Loews Portofino Bay
