  January 2021 Grid Analytics Follow Up + What’s Next

  Hello Grid Analytics Community Members,

  Thank you to everyone who attended our Grid Analytics meeting earlier in the month, it was great to reconnect! For those unable to attend, community members participated in a “Solve My Problem” exercise where we discussed possible solutions to the following “problems”:

  Problem 1: Facilitated by Brad Steere

  How are you navigating innovation change management across your business partners in Operations, Engineering and Customer to optimize your products and solutions like ADMS, GRID Modernization, Advanced Analytics?

  Problem 2: Facilitated by Amin Tayyebi

  Scenario: We are migrating from our current enterprise asset management platform and changing to another one. We are implementing new processes and going through digital transformation. Problem: What are your learnings & best practices to embrace process and digital transformation when migrating your enterprise asset management platform?
