Hello Grid Analytics Community Members,

I hope all is well! We are one week away from our July (2022) Grid Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Wednesday, July 20th at 1:00 PM CT, we’ll be joined by @Dawn, Meter Data Operations Manager at OUC who will be leading a discussion around,“Endpoint Connectivity.” As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

Session Description:

Participate in an interactive discussion regarding asset locations. Hear how OUC has begun to utilize their meter data as well as platform tools to find “misconnected” meters. A misconnected meter could mean: a meter that looks out of place on a map, an illogical distance relationship of transformer location to meter location, a water meter that is not being “heard from”.

Speaker: Dawn Frye, Meter Data Operations Manager (OUC)

Dawn Frye is the Meter Data Operations Manager at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC).   Starting in 2016, Dawn transitioned her 31 years of Information Technology Application Development experiences into managing the Meter Data Operations team. 

In June 2020, the team delivered a robust cloud-based operations centric Meter Data Platform.  Dawn takes pride in bridging the gap between business operations by leveraging technology capabilities.  Dawn has her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and her MBA from Institute of Florida Technology.
