  Beta Testing

  When the data QA reports having been reviewed and approved, the next step in the implementation of your site is going to be beta testing.

  As a best practice, we encourage our clients to do at least two weeks of beta testing prior to the launch of your open forum.

  The first thing that you will want to do identify 50-100 members to be your beta testers.

  Once you have identified those people, send them to me- along with AMS ID and email and I will create a beta testing community and subscribe them to it.

  I’ve also attached for you our beta testing exercises just so that you can see the areas of functionality that should be tested, and you can find additional beta testing resources here on HUG.

  Please let me know once you’ve got your list of beta testers and we’ll go from there!
