Hello Natural Gas Analytics Community Members,
I hope all is well! This is just a quick reminder to join us next week Wednesday, October 21st at 11:00 AM CT for an exciting discussion on, “Insights toAction – How Customer Feedback is Shaping our CX Roadmap!” For this session we will be joined by two presenters from NiSource (Hanna Ball and Carrie Mokros) who will be sharing key insight to the work at their utility as well as answering questions throughout. Session Description:
Join the UAI Natural Gas Analytics Community on Wednesday, October 21, at 11:00 AM CT to learn how NiSource is using customer feedback to build out their strategic customer experience roadmap. In this session, representatives from NiSource will show the value of making business decisions grounded in data from customer analytics.
Hanna Balla (Director, Customer Experience)
Hanna currently leads customer experience strategies across all of the NiSource utilities, which span 6 states and 3.5 million gas and electric customers. She drives a vision for enabling simple, value-driven experiences for customers, and is passionate about leading utility industry transformation from within towards a more sustainable future. Prior to joining NiSource, Hanna helped businesses in the airline, retail, healthcare and quick-service restaurant industries innovate and grow by blending marketing strategies and with technology to drive digital transformation and measurable results.Hanna’s efforts in the energy industry earned national recognition through the 2018 North American Diamond SABRE Award which recognized best-in-class measurable results, and she was also recognized as a 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader in Clean Energy by Midwest Energy News.
Carrie Mokros (Manager, Customer Insights)Carrie Mokros has worked in Marketing and Customer Strategy for the last 20 years in the Columbus, Ohio market. Although her career has included multiple industries such as retail, professional services, and chemicals and currently in the utility space, her focus and passion have always been the customer’s satisfaction and experience. Carrie has served in a variety of positions in marketing, advertising, customer strategy, and communications.
Currently, Carrie is one of the two managers on the Customer Insights team at NiSource, supporting all six states on a team of seven. The Customer Insights team focuses on various feedback and customer satisfaction surveys, focus groups, and online customer panel.
You can find Carrie spending time with her husband, a five-year-old tiny human, and two large fur babies in her free time. She received her Marketing degree from The Ohio State University and remains a Buckeye for life!
