  April 2021 Follow Up + What’s Next

  Hello Natural Gas Analytics Community Members,
  
  Thank you to everyone who attended our Natural Gas Analytics meeting on Wednesday! For those unable to attend, we were joined by Community Sponsor Erin Boyd, Global Director of Commercial and CX AI/ML at AES, and Andres Figuerola, Data Scientist at AES, who led a presentation on, Predicting Gas Burn for AES Power Legacy Out-of-Merit Gas Generators.

  1.) Next meeting Monday, May 3rd at 12:00 PM CT

  Next month we’ll be meeting Monday, May 3rd at 12:00 PM CT, for a LIVE interactive session at UA Summit, Crawl, Walk, Fall, Run: Integrating Analytics Solutions into Business Systems and Processes presented by Community Leader Kaleb Thompson, Data Science Supervisor and Michael Cliff, IT Manager, Enterprise Analytics Organization at ONE Gas Inc. Learn more about this session and our other May Community Conversations on our Events Page HERE and don’t forget to register for UA Summit.

  2.) Continuous Improvement Survey – UAI Connect Member Engagement

  In an effort to continuously improve the UAI membership experience, we have developed a series of short surveys. Please take this last survey in the series HERE to help us learn more about your engagement on UAI Connect. This survey will take approximately 4 minutes to complete.

  3.) Utility Analytics Summit

  Utility Analytics Summit (May 3 – 5) will be a 100% virtual event this year and is FREE for UAI members! To register, please visit the UA Summit website HERE and use code MEMBER21 when prompted. If you have any issues registering please reach out to me at kpraet@utilityanalytics.com.

  4.) UAI Excellence Awards 2021 – Submit your nominations today!

  Have you or your team submitted a nomination for the UAI Excellence Awards?
