Session Description:
Michael and Kaleb will share lessons learned developing and integrating solutions within business systems at ONE Gas. Topics to be discussed include creating proofs of value, operationalizing analytics solutions within data visualization tools, integrating machine learning models into systems of record and the challenges and opportunities encountered along the way.Speaker: Kaleb Thompson (Data Science Supervisor at ONE Gas)
Kaleb Thompson is an analytics professional who has worked at ONE Gas for almost 5 years in a variety of roles such as Data Engineer, Data Scientist and now supports the advanced analytics efforts at ONE Gas.
Speaker: Michael Cliff (IT Manager, Enterprise Analytics Organization at ONE Gas)
Michael Cliff is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience. He has worked in various technical roles and has been in leadership for the last five years at ONE Gas Inc. Michael currently supports the Enterprise Analytics organization as the IT Manager. This includes Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Reporting solutions. Previously, he was the Service Assurance Manager responsible for Enterprise Monitoring, Disaster Recovery, Service Management, Management of Data Centers, Automation, and costing of IT Services. He is a graduate of Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University and holds a degree in Management Information Systems.
