– What is the cost of service to our customers?
– How much does it cost to serve customers compared to other utilities
– What analytics do utilities use in the collections process?
– Talk about the process… Utilities use different financial methods that sometimes make it difficult to quantify their costs. Who is tackling this problem and how is your utility doing it? How is your utility approaching it?

Our latest IT update allows me to send meeting placeholders directly to your calendars through my alternate email address kpraet@sg.utilityanalytics.com. I sent out invitations for this community, and each of our other communities, last month. If you did not receive a calendar invitation let me know so I can help troubleshoot.
