  Upcoming April (2022) Community Conversation

  Hello Natural Gas Analytics Community Members,

  I hope all is well! We are just under one week away from our April (2022) Natural Gas Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Wednesday, April 20 at 11:00 AM CT we’ll be joined by Mike Henry, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Rick Jefferson, Continuous Improvement Project Manager from SoCal Gas who will be leading a discussion around, “Developing and leveraging a Propensity-to-Pay (P2P) Solution.” As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

  Session Description:

  Learn how SoCalGas plans on utilizing predictive analytics (P2P) to reduce customer arrears. This session will uncover its strategic impact, analytic approach and the path to operationalization.

  Mike Henry has decades of experience leading teams in improving operations from optimizing process, solving complex problems to extracting value from investments in new technologies. 

  Speaker: Rick Jefferson, Continuous Improvement Project Manager (SoCal Gas)
  

  

  
  Rick Jefferson is currently Project Managing an integrated team of Industrial Engineers and Data Scientists to solve complex analytical business problems. Rick has held various Analytical and Project Management positions spanning several decades mainly in areas of business process improvement. He holds a Master of Science in Operation’s Research.
