Hello Natural Gas Analytics Community Members,

I hope all is well! We are one week away from our July (2022) Natural Gas Analytics Community Conversation and want to get you excited about the session taking place. On Wednesday, July 20th at 11:00 AM CT, we’ll be joined by  @Joe, Director of Technology Innovations at The Energy Authority who will be leading a discussion around,“Blockchain’s Future in Energy.” As this discussion will be interactive, we encourage you to come prepared with questions and your insight.

Session Description:

Blockchain technologies present new challenges and opportunities for utilities. Get a high-level overview of the disruptive technologies in the blockchain space already in play, and learn some of the strategies tech giants use to create the future. The session will also cover blockchain analytics in the natural gas trading space. 

Speaker: Joe Witkowski, Director of Technology Innovation (The Energy Authority)

As Director of Technology Innovation at The Energy Authority (TEA), Joe Witkowski leads software development in support of TEA’s Innovation Team. His reputation as a talented IT professional has enabled him to serve multiple markets including government, finance, energy, and transportation. He has also been involved in the architecture of multiple blockchain proof of concept designs and brings expertise in the construction of enterprise blockchain systems.
