Hello UAI Safety Analytics Community Members,

Happy New Year and I hope you all had amazing holidays! It’s been a little while since we last connected and I’m very excited to announce our FIRST community conversation/exercise of the year, “Getting to Know You” taking place Tuesday, January 26th at 2:00 PM CT. The Safety Analytics Community has been growing every week and we want to take an opportunity to regroup with new/existing members and discuss future topics and areas of interest in the Safety Analytics Community. Learn more about this session below and see how you can best prepare!

Session Description:

Between January – December 2020, the Safety Analytics Community level set. Members collaborated amongst safety, data science, IT and operations professionals across the utility industry to share current and planned safety analytics initiatives, lessons learned, obstacles faced, and achieved and desired results. Through this scan of utility safety efforts, members have learned innovative ways to use analytics, better understood the current state of utility safety analytics, and closed in on their envisioned future desired state, as well as gained a better idea of what is needed to close the gap to their success.

During 2021, we now want to take a deeper dive into safety analytics. This session is designed to help us all get to know each other better, understand the use cases you are working on, and your successes and challenges, so we can better plan content for 2021 Safety Analytics Community Conversations that is timely, relevant, and valuable for our members. 

Come to January’s session prepared to answer questions regarding your maturity level as it relates to safety analytics, as well as your safety analytics successes and challenges. We also want to learn what topics or use cases you would like to hear discussed during future Safety Analytics Community Conversations, so we can deliver programs that match your needs and interests. We encourage you to join us for this session to help us shape the monthly Safety Analytics Community Conversations! See you online on January 26!
