Session Description:
“As a health and safety professional, safety reporting has always been close to my heart. Honestly, I enjoy it and believe that, when done at a high level, it forms a major pillar in any successful occupational health and safety management system. In this presentation, I’ll explore the lifecycle of an Evergy safety event from report submission to investigation to development of action items to mitigate findings to our various communication methods. Hopefully, it will inspire a spirited conversation on the topic and encourage participants to further develop their safety reporting programs based on our collective knowledge and experience in the spirit of continuous improvement.”Speaker: Dean Larson (Senior Manager Safety Operations at Evergy)
