  Why Enter 2023 UAI Excellence Awards

  Good Afternoon UAI Members,

  In case you missed our most recent communication, the 2023 UAI Excellence Awards are here! We couldn’t be more excited to host this great program for a fourth year and honor those utility professionals, teams, and organizations, who have achieved and maintained the highest standards of excellence through innovation. Now is the time to nominate those who have done and given back so much to your organization and this industry!

  Between now and our awards submission deadline of June 30, 2023, I will be posting to this community regularly making you aware of our different award categories, sharing tips and tricks for a successful nomination, and finally helping share the value of this great program. If you have questions at any time regarding the 2023 UAI Excellence Awards, reach out to me at kpraet@utilityanalytics.com or by phone at (315) 440-3033.

  To help get you started, I want to share the value of entering:

  Why Enter?

  Raise your profile. Across all sizes and types of organizations, award winners and finalists benefit from industry exposure through a coordinated PR campaign and exposure to some of the most influential people in the profession. Our program offers unique PR and marketing collateral through articles and interviews and featured in our newsletter and on UAI Connect.

  Measure your performance. By entering, you will be able to gauge how your organization, utility analytics team, and professionals compare against the very best.

  Acknowledge your team’s efforts. In the new energy economy of utility analytics, achievements are easy to overlook. The process of completing the entry form allows you to pause and consider what (and who) contributed to your success and where you can go from here. Bonus: finalists are strongly encouraged to attend the awards ceremony and celebrate success with their team!
