Hi Kevin – a couple of questions:

 

• Is there any interest in open source at UAI? I prefer open source whenever possible.
• I’m open to getting about one email a month.  2 emails a day is way too much spam.  I would unsubscribe, but I figured I’d ask if you could turn down the fire hose.

Hey @Greg thanks for reaching out and we apologize for any inconvenience/spam. I accidently posted an incorrect video link earlier (hence doubling up on messaging for this specific post) but will also talk with the team about condensing our messaging going forward.

In the meantime, I recommend adjusting your profile settings which will allow you to customize how you recieve notifications and which community(s) you recieve from. You can do this by clicking “My Account” through your profile page. From there, scroll down to “Community Notifications” and update the settings on any of the communities in your list to fit your preference. For example, scroll down to “UAI News” and select “Daily Digest” to get fewer emails than “Real Time”. You can also check the box for “Consolidated Daily Digest” or “Consolidated Weekly Digest” to receive even fewer emails.
